How can I place an order?

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

BLITZ currently ships to select regions (such as Canada – including Quebec – and other areas as listed at checkout). Availability and shipping options will be displayed when you enter your address.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Standard delivery times will vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

How can I track my order?

After your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking link or tracking number. You can use this link to follow your shipment’s progress through the carrier’s website.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Warranty & Product Support

Do Blitz products come with a warranty?

What is not covered by the warranty?

Our warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, normal wear and tear, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or damage caused by not following the product’s instructions.
