I was due to descale my espresso machine, and so I was ready to properly test these tablets the moment I received them. I just had to put a single tablet in the water tank and start the machine's descaling process. It worked just as well as the descaling liquid I would usually use, too. It didn't break anything or make it foam from anywhere it shouldn't. I also got to try it with my kettle, which needed a good descaling, too. I just put a tablet in it, boiled the water, and it did a perfect job. I should have put less water in it though, because I almost filled it up, which made it overflow, but that's my error. Any trace of limescale is now gone, which is impressive. Great tablets at a great price, too.

We've got a bunch of coffee-makers around that get heavy use and we're diligent about running cleaning cycles through them when the machines alert us to being time to do so. While we've used DIY solutions before (typically a white vinegar dilution) these tablets are much, MUCH more convenient and don't generate the same pungent smells of hot vinegar. In use, they dissolve quickly and well, and when instructions are followed, our coffee maker seems to come up to temperature quicker and doesn't exhibit any signs of scale being kicked off into the brew. These are an easy win - happy to recommend them.

As for its effectiveness, I used this to clean an old kettle which has lots of mineral leftover, stains and required a descale. Usually, vinegar is fine, and after using this tablet, it is just as effective. If anything, the tablet is too much, so I ended up using this tablet liquid a second and third time on our other water kettle, as well as my instant pot steel pot. However, I did notice a 'slick' feeling on all the insides, so I did a few more rinses, and a full boil and rinse. Seemed much cleaner (tacky clean) feeling once I did this. I then used a tablet with my Nespresso and it rinsed fine. If anything, I put a tablet into a container of water, instead of the reservoir. The reason is that I was afraid of a high concentration, as reservoirs are all differently sized. I also ran the descaling again with clean water, rinsing all the residue slickness I noticed earlier. Overall, I would use this again, instead of vinegar, which may weaken silicon seals over time. I did run my clean cycle again at least one more time.

It leaves a really nice shine and makes the surfaces much easier to keep clean. Fingerprints, water spots, and everyday marks are easier to wipe away with a microfiber cloth. I also tried it on glass and other kitchen and bathroom surfaces and liked how smooth and polished everything looked afterward. The application was simple and didn’t require a lot of effort. A great ceramic coating spray if you want to protect stainless steel appliances and countertops while making everyday cleaning easier.

I ordered this ceramic coating spray from The BLITZ Store after trying a similar automotive product. I was happy with its ease of use and the resulting improvement of the paint finish. I have several stainless steel appliances that might benefit from a ceramic coating to help minimize fingerprints and stains. I think the key step in the process for a successful result of these ceramic coatings is to start with a completely clean surface. For the automotive coating I went over the entire painted surface with a clay bar to fully remove wax and other contaminants. Prior to applying this BLITZ coating on the stainless doors on my refrigerator, I used a spray cleaner, wiped again with clean water and then went over the entire surface with alcohol. (isopropyl or methanol works). I applied the BLITZ spray and buffed according to the directions. The one feature I really like about the spray nozzle is how fine the liquid is atomized and the wide spray pattern that minimises the amount of product used while efficiently covering a wide surface area. At least 2 hours are needed to allow the surface to fully cure and reach its maximum effect. After 4 hours I applied a second coat. I also used an additional heavier weight microfibre cloth (than the one supplied) to complete the buffing process as it was drier than the one used during the spraying process. During both applications there was quite a bit of buffing needed to achieve a consistent surface finish and buff out some of the product residue that sometimes was noticeable. The stainless steel doors had a noticeably slipperier finish and a glossier appearance. I placed a few test fingerprints on the surface and they were definitely less noticeable and easier to remove than an untreated stainless steel surface. The product says it can also be used on other surfaces such as countertops and glass. I tried the product 3 different times on a section of my Silestone countertops. The results were disappointing as the resulting “shine” was very inconsistent and not as impressive as when used on a stainless steel surface. I think my next test will be on the bathroom mirror where it can steam up during a shower. I’m sure it will work well on the smooth glass surface. Applying this ceramic coating spray was straightforward, I sprayed a thin layer directly onto the surface, rubbed it in, then wiped off the excess and buffed it out with a microfiber cloth. It's very similar to applying similar products to my car. I started with my stainless steel appliances and it worked great, leaving a smooth surface that's noticeably easier to wipe down afterward. It has really cut down on the fingerprints on my fridge in particular and keeps it looking clean for much longer. After doing a small test spot, I will be using it for my glass shower walls next because the area I tested in has remained clean and clear, with water sliding right off. It should really cut down on the work needed to keep the shower clean. I think it is very important to not get any on the floor since it may make it slippery so I will be sure to cover it up when applying. Very little is needed to cover a large area and it lasts a very long time, anywhere from 6 to 12 months, so the bottle will last for many re-applications. An excellent product, similar to coatings I use on my car to help keep it clean. It's easy to apply, lasts a long time, and very little is needed to cover a lot of surface area so the bottle will last a long time.

This ceramic coating spray is easy to use and very effective. The spray comes in a spray bottle that produces a nice fine mist that disperses well over the surface in which it is sprayed. To use you simply spray the surface you are treating (make sure it is clean first of course) and then wipe the spray to spread it in to the entire surface area and then immediately wipe off (I used a separate microfiber cloth for this step). Let sit/set for at least two hours and then use as usual. The spray has a strong smell, so be sure to use in a ventilated area and use a mask if you need to. So far I have treated my stainless steel kitchen appliances. It was quick and easy to do. The results were...completely invisible on my appliances, which is anti climactic as the person doing the treatment but I suppose an invisible "shield" is the whole point. A little bit of this ceramic coating spray goes a long way, so this 237 mL bottle will treat a lot of surface area. After treating my fridge, dishwasher, the front of my microwave and my oven drawer there is still more than 3/4 of the bottle remaining. It has been about two weeks since I treated my appliances, and they seem to be staying kind of less grimy overall, they've just felt a bit easier to maintain with less fingerprints and such. This coating should last 6-12 months, which is awesome as upkeep is pretty minimal. I'm planning on treating my countertops next. I like this ceramic coating spray, it's quick and simple to use and it leaves my surfaces protected and easier to maintain.

I wasn't certain about applying this to the surfaces in our relatively new kitchen, but it turned out fairly well. I can't tell for sure how evenly I applied it, but it does seem to make surfaces like our stainless steel fridge easier to clean. At the very least it feels like any dust or streaks come up easily with a simple wipe. There also seem to be less fingerprints on other surfaces which is nice. I'm been a little scared applying it to tiles still, but I'll give it a try next since the hydrophobic coating sounds fantastic for the shower. I suppose it's similar to a ceramic coating on a car so there shouldn't be much risk. Of course, always test it in an area that's less visible or better yet hidden in case it does go poorly on any surface.

I found this surface coating to be pretty useful around my kitchen, especially for dealing with fingerprint smudges on our stainless steel fridge.
